Hi! I'm so glad you are curious about therapy. I specialize in working with adults who are caregivers (teachers, therapists, nurses, familial caregivers, etc.), and wanting to connect to themselves more deeply while creating healthy boundaries for burnout prevention and recovery. We may be a good therapeutic fit if you want to have more moments of self-trust, insight, connection, and ease - and yet it feels hard to shift out of your patterns of over-functioning driven by self-doubt and worry. I offer encouraging and inquisitive presence as we work together to resource your unique nervous system, as well as cultivate self-acceptance and resilience during pivotal times of change, stress, loss, life transitions, relationship changes and spiritual explorations. HOW? Through an attachment-based lens, I offer somatic therapy in the form of embodied mindfulness, EMDR, parts work, expressive arts therapy, and eco-somatics. These approaches are unique in how they give us access to explore and communicate with our unconscious mind, and unseen wisdom within our inner and outer landscapes.
